How to Join
You can get your organization’s Well City - Fox Cities membership underway with a few simple steps:
- Read the CEO letter of commitment. To join, copy this letter on your Company letterhead and have your CEO sign it. Send the signed letter to:

- Join WELCOA, using the membership application. The cost is $495.
- After you have completed Steps 1 and 2, you will be contacted by the Wellness Council of Wisconsin and Well City Fox Cities representatives to discuss your needs and interests.
