Our leadership is made up entirely of volunteers from Fox Cities employers. Representatives from the following organizations have stepped up to the plate to help administer the Well City Fox Cities initiative.

Subcommittess
Within our Advisory Board, we have a number of subcommittees that are responsible for various aspects of our project.
- Advertising/Marketing – Produces flyers and other promotional materials.
- Advisory Board Facilitation – Compiles Advisory Board meeting agenda, facilitates meetings, and distributes meeting minutes.
- Budget and Fund Management – Develops budget and manages funds.
- Communication – Prepares and distributes communications to members, prospective members, and the community.
- Event Coordination – Plans events including invitations, programming, speakers, and budget.
- Fundraising – Obtains funds through event sponsorships, donations, and vendor support and oversees the adopt-an-employer program.
- Recruiting – Meets with prospective organizations to explain the Well City initiative an answer questions.
- School Collaboration – Oversees the collaboration of businesses and schools, including the Education for Healthy Kids Summer Institute and the adopt-a-student program.
- Strategic Plan – Monitors and executes the Well City Fox Cities strategic plan.
- Training and Mentoring – Coordinate training and mentoring opportunities, including Well Workplace Universities, Learning Circles, and the mentor program.
- Website – Design and maintain the Well City Fox Cities website.
